Ingredients:
300g (1 block) Processed cheese eg. “Club” or “Berg”
1 cup Full cream long life milk
Method:
Cut the cheese into pieces and place in a bowl.
Add the long life milk and microwave on high, 30 seconds at a time,
stirring each time with a whisk until blended and smooth.
Pour into clean jars and store in a refrigerator when cool.
Lasts up to 3 weeks.
Add a pinch of Cayenne pepper or herbs of choice if desired.
